OUR PROCESS: We visit the accommodation we feature to get a sense of place, and we ask the owners/managers to complete a questionnaire about their approach to five aspects of their operations: 1) water usage; 2) energy usage; 3) waste management; 4) community and culture; and 5) environment and biodiversity. If they're actively working towards sustainable operations, we include them on this list. We pass the combined picture onto you so you can make informed choices.
